Ingredients:
2 lg cans Chunk pineapple.
1 Cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated.
1/2 Cup Sugar.
3 Tbsp Flour.
1/4 Cup melted butter.
Cheezit crackers, crushed.
Preparation:
Drain pineapple and place in casserole dish.
Combine cheese, sugar, and flour.
Fold into pineapple.
Combine butter and crackers.
Sprinkle on top of casserole.
Cooking:
Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes or until cheese melts.
