Georgia is a confusing state.  Look across the river at that logical bastion of common sense – South Carolina.  If you want to find Aiken, it is in Aiken County.  Edgefield is in Edgefield County.  Barnwell, McCormick, Bamberg …? Ditto.

Even to our west, those retards in Alabama seem to get it.  Montgomery is their state capital, and is located in Montgomery County.
