Cemetery Information
Location:
Ephesus Church Road & Liberty Road, in the 2nd District, 5th Section, Land Lot 51.
Directions:
From downtown Douglasville, travel west on US Highway 78 for approximately 5 miles to Mason Creek Road. Turn left (south) onto Mason Creek Road. In 1/10 mile Mason Creek Road will become Post Road. Continue on for approximately 1.3 miles to Ephesus Church Road. Turn right (west) onto Ephesus Church Road. Continue for approximately 3.8 miles to the intersection with Liberty Road. The cemetery should be there but we can find no trace of it on Google Maps or Google Earth, but single headstones are difficult to spot.

Inactive Cemetery:
Oldest burial October 17th 1884, 1 gravestone with inscription, 1 gravestone without inscription. In front of the one marked grave is one covered by a large concrete slab that has no markings whatsoever. It appears to be the grave of an adult.

Notes:
If or when the Directions paragraph (above) says "From downtown Douglasville...," it is referring to the intersection of Veterans Memorial Highway (U.S. 78) and Campbellton Street. There is nothing particularly significant about this intersection, it is merely an arbitrarily chosen point of departure, located near the center of the historic section of Douglasville.
You may see zeroes for some parts of dates. This is an indication that either the information was incomplete or illegible. If the entire date is missing, it indicates there was no date inscribed.
You may also encounter the abbreviations DCGS, standing for Douglas County Genealogical Society and DCCPC, standing for Douglas County Cemetery Preservation Commission.
