Part I - Sons of the American Revolution, presented by George Wheeless, President of the Casimir Pulaski Chapter of the Sons of the American Revolution.
Part II - Daughters of the Confederacy, presented by JoAnn Colquittt, President of the Douglasville Chapter of the Daughters of the Confederacy.
Part III - Sons of Confederate Veterans, presented by Bruce Mullinax, Representative of Camp 943, Lt. Col. Thomas Coke Glover, Sons of Confederate Veterans,.
Part IV - Daughters of the American Revolution, presented by Margaret Schulhoff, Representative of the Sweetwater Chapter of the National Society of Daughters of the American Revolution.

21st - The Society mans a booth at the September Saturdays Festival at the Douglas County Courthouse.
24th - Due to health issues, Paul Trew resigns as President.  Bob James (Vice-President) takes over as Acting President,

3rd - Irene Jackson, Charter Member, Life Member and Past Society President (1998-2001 and 2003-2007) passes after a long and painful battle with colon cancer.  An entry for Irene is added to our Memorial page.
26th - Had Irene survived another 3 weeks (until this date), she and her husband (Chuck Jackson) would have celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary.
